Floor Grille - Facade Ventilation

DESCRIPTION:

• Frame and face bars are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
• Structure is robustly constructed with face bars positioned in the frame.
• Face bars assembly is reinforced with heavy duty aluminium structure to withstand heavy loads.
• Applicable for installation along the periphery for fascade ventilation.
• Blades have a 15 degree deflection to direct air towards the fascade face of the building.
• A recess of 25 mm x 4 mm has to be provided around the grille, in the floor to install the grill flush with the floor (or) carpet level.
• Grilles are fixed rigidly with opposed blade damper by rivets. This ensures positive control over the air stream. Damper blades can be gear operated from the face opening.
• Total structure is manufactured by mechanical assembly, assuring rigidity and to maintain straight line appearance.
• Standard widths: 4”, 5”, 6”, 8” and 10”
• Custom sizes can be made on request.
