The correct grille depends on whether the application is for supply, return or transfer air, as well as the mounting location, airflow direction, architectural requirements and site conditions. Air Master offers Adjustable Grilles, Linear Bar Grilles, Floor Grilles, Egg Crate Grilles and Non-Vision Door Grilles for different HVAC applications.

Single Deflection Grilles use one set of adjustable blades to control airflow in one primary direction. Double Deflection Grilles use two sets of adjustable blades, allowing greater control over both the direction and spread of supplied air.

Linear Bar Grilles are ideal where the air outlet needs to integrate with the architectural design of walls, ceilings, sills or other interior surfaces. Adjustable Grilles are generally preferred where the direction of supplied air may need to be changed after installation.

Air Master Linear Bar Grilles are available in different fixed blade deflection angles, including 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°, depending on the model. The blade angle is selected according to the required airflow direction and room layout.

Yes. Air Master offers Curved Linear Bar Grilles as well as curved Double Deflection Grilles for applications where the air outlet needs to follow a curved wall, duct or architectural profile.

Yes. Air Master offers Stainless Steel Linear Bar Grilles in SS Grade 304 and SS Grade 316 for projects requiring greater corrosion resistance, including demanding industrial, coastal, offshore and chemical environments.

Yes. Air Master manufactures heavy-duty Floor Grilles and Floor Cooling Panels designed for applications where the grille must withstand higher mechanical loads while maintaining the required airflow performance.

Egg Crate Grilles provide a high percentage of open area and are commonly used for return-air and exhaust-air applications where low airflow resistance and an unobstructed air path are important.

A Non-Vision Door Grille allows air to pass through a door while restricting direct visibility through the opening. It is commonly used for transfer-air and pressure-relief applications in areas where both airflow and visual privacy are required.

For accurate selection, the required airflow quantity, grille dimensions, mounting location, face velocity, pressure drop, throw and spread requirements, noise criteria, material preference and damper requirements should be considered. Project drawings or HVAC specifications can also help determine the most suitable Air Master grille configuration.
